Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your TriTip account and associated training data by contacting us at support@tritip.app. We will remove your account data from our systems.
Connected devices
If you connected a device account such as Garmin or Apple, disconnecting the integration will stop future syncs. You may also request deletion of previously imported activity data, and we will remove it from your TriTip account.
How to request
Email support@tritip.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm once your data has been removed.
